When you get a group like this, the laughter just keeps rolling 🎉 Last Saturday’s Frida-inspired foodie tour may have been small in number, but what we lacked in size we more than made up for in good conversation, big laughs, and fantastic flavours 🍷🌮✨

From tequila tastings and host chats to local wine and Mexican bites, it was a brilliant afternoon exploring Bendigo’s tastiest corners with a bunch of absolute legends.

This Saturday's tour is sold out and it’s no surprise why. On ‘A Taste of Bendigo – Frida Edition’, small groups spend the afternoon exploring Bendigo’s buzzing CBD, indulging in bold Mexican-inspired flavours, fine local drinks, and unforgettable stories.

Your 2.5-hour guided walking tour begins beside the Bendigo Art Gallery and unfolds through four handpicked venues – each offering something unique and delicious:
🌮 Ms Batterhams – A seasonal taco paired with crisp Harcourt cider served in the stunningly restored cellar of an historic school.
🍷 Wine Bank On View – Three regional wine tastings expertly matched with a prawn tostada created for Fiesta Bendigo.
🍺 Bendigo Brewing – Craft beers lovingly brewed onsite, served with a slice of Frida-inspired woodfired pizza.
🥃 The Dispensary Bar & Diner – A flavourful lamb taco and tequila tasting, served with a tale from Aztec folklore.

What a pleasure it was to host this lovely group of friends on a guided adventure through Bendigo this week! 🚶‍♀️🚆🌿 After a warm welcome at the train station, we kicked things off with a delicious lunch at the beautiful Peppergreen Farm 🥗✨. Then it was on to explore some of Bendigo’s most iconic landmarks.. the stunning Sacred Heart Cathedral ⛪, the awe-inspiring Great Stupa of Universal Compassion 🛕, and a few hidden gems tucked away in between 💎. With plenty of stories (some tall, some true 😉), it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon in this incredible city. Thanks again ladies for joining Bendigo Guided Tours!
