🇸🇬 Singapore Travel Update 🇸🇬

From 30 September 2026, travellers can complete the enhanced Singapore Arrival Card through the MyICA Mobile app, including scanning their passport to automatically enter personal details.
The arrival card is free and must be submitted within three days of arrival.

🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE🚨

From 1 October 2026, new rules mean we will no longer be able to add a separate surcharge to cover the cost of processing card payments. We will still be charged that processing fee, but from that date we will need to absorb it ourselves.

For a small business like ours, these costs can make a real difference. Due to this we have had to make a change to your pricing structure.

All prices quoted from now on are a Standard Price which allows for payment via Direct Deposit, Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS or Credit Card.

We will now be offering a discount of 1.5% for payments made by Direct Deposit, Cash or Cheque. The discount will be applied at the time of Final Payment only.

Please note that existing bookings will remain the same.

✈️ IMPORTANT MELBOURNE AIRPORT CHANGES ✈

From 6 October 2026, Melbourne Airport will open new, free and expanded Pick Up and Drop Off zones for passengers using:

🔹 Terminal 1 – Qantas Domestic
🔹 Terminal 2 – International
🔹 Terminal 3 – Virgin Australia

The zones will be located in the new T123 Transport Hub, with a dedicated exit and elevated road providing direct access from the Tullamarine Freeway.

Please follow the new airport signage and allow a little extra travel time while everyone becomes familiar with the changes. If you arrive early to collect someone, Melbourne Airport’s Free Wait Zone can be used for up to 60 minutes.
