Some Cockies clearly take it personally if you don’t share your chips. These guys were following Jack around like they were pet dogs going for a walk, until one had enough.

Our caravans are having a good summer. It’s been a busy 3 weeks of happy campers and deliveries to gorgeous locations. The new booking system is a bit of a learning curve after our change in booking provider but so far we have found Camplify has been easier to use and has streamlined our book keeping to something more manageable!
Hope everyone is enjoying their summer holidays and sharing time with family and friends.
Thank you to all of our loyal and lovely regulars that stood with us during a very troubling past year when we were contemplating shutting our doors. We love the caravanning world and we were struggling with the thought of loosing connection with people we see as more than clients. We are encouraged with changes that we have made and see that this year will be brighter.

Happy Holidays to All and hold those who are dear to you close!šŸŽ„šŸŽšŸŽ‰šŸ•ļø

My favorite place in Halls Gap was this hidden gem for incredible great food. Hall Gap Adventure Golf. We got a recommendation in town for the coffee and apple pie and ended up going back 3 times during our week. I could help myself at the shop and gallery. I got some jewelry to stow away for Christmas gifts and a new purse and computer bag. We even stopped for a final coffee on the trip leaving town and say goodbye to our apple pie stealing magpie friend. -Mary

Loved a week holiday in Halls Gap back in April, haven’t been there for years and it’s nice little touristy town but not crowded. Mary made an office in our Bailey and had a work away from home week while I toured around on the electric scooter seeing the sights. Going to come back soon to try some walking trails. Tons of kangaroos that roam everywhere, awesomešŸ˜€

Happy Holidays! We are enjoying a sushi train after a busy day of delivering caravans and overheating our tow vehicle😫 We are also celebrating the return of our beloved Bailey after 10 months away from a completely daunting process to get it repaired after an accident. Made us question everything unfortunately. We will still hire our caravans out but we are going to reduce our work load and costs and change some management that is no longer working for us. You can reach us here on our page and we will do better keeping up with our socials. For now happy trails and remember to stop and enjoy every minute of this summer šŸ˜‹

Looking for fun thing to do at one of Jack and Mary’s favorite places on earth? I just saw this posted, it looks amazing. I think we may go ourselves. Apparently it’s been four years since this gathering has been held. My interest has been peaked.ā˜ŗļø

We have finally got our Bailey Cartagena finished and ready for it’s inaugural outing with a trusted customer. So much love has gone into this beautiful lady during the past two months and we are excited to present our biggest caravan we have ever owned. This is the first time we have invested in a second hand caravan but recent sharp rises in the caravan and travel industries had us rethink of how to go forward with our business. We have decided to try out this older caravan that was top of the line in luxury in 2016 but is no longer available to purchase since the departure of the UK brands from our Australian shores. We are taking the challenge of providing family caravans with high comfort levels while staying affordable and it has opened doors to some some new ideas. We hope our clientele will enjoy our new but older caravan because we have truly enjoyed taking a tired luxury caravan and with some passion and elbow grease and bringing back its former glory.

Jack and Mary are so excited to add something a bit different. Mary has had her eye on these British designed and Australian made caravans for a number of years but they didn’t fit in with our mostly semi off road and popular and new models purchase plan. Thanks to a changing caravanning industry we can now introduce another way to meet our hirers needs and also scratch that itch to enjoy something more unique. Theses caravans differ in so many ways from Australian caravans with some pros and some cons. While the Bailey Cartegena is not a rough and ready off road caravan with massive carrying capacity like our Ezytrail Parks15 these European design caravans have so many ingenious features we have enjoyed exploring. For example they make the most of the interior space like ample storage and being able to sleep four adults while still having a roomy full ensuite bathroom without having to resort to pop out beds and/or heavy tare weights like many of our Aussie caravans. One of the most glorious treats and what Mary enjoys are the enormous windows up front with comfortable couches to enjoy the views. The lounges can seat six adults cafe style for a game of cards during inclement weather or an evening movie and then convert to a double bed at night. The feature we didn’t know about before we bought our Bailey was the Alde ducted heating and hot water system that maintains constant hot water and a snuggly temperature without the drone of a reverse cycle system that needs mains power access. The Alde system is set and forget and super efficient unlike the cumbersome traditional system. We didn’t even know that this kind of heating/hot water systems were available for caravans and the European caravans have had it for around 15 years. Australian caravan makers really need to add this feature for us southerners who want more cold climate camping!

Enjoy some pictures of our Bailey. We have been working solidly to fix up some neglect issues my and have made some upgrades like a new mattress that’s better than the one in our house. Haha! There are a few more projects in line but this girl is ready for a most enjoyable holiday trip. Our Bailey prefers the touring lifestyle or we can deliver if preferred but she can go more places than we previously thought and is highly recommended for comfortable off or on grid camping. She is light weight while grand in size and extremely solid and easy to tow. Feel free to give us a holler if you have any questions about the Bailey caravan or if you are seeking help with planning a caravanning holiday.

We have already sold our Snowy River and will announce the new arrival of our family friendly off-road caravan coming in August/September shortly.
Now our Jayco Journey Outback is for sale so we can get another family caravan before the summer beach holiday season.
We have a few caravans we’re looking at and if any of our customers or followers have some suggestions of what they would like to see in our future line up of hire caravans feel free to let us knowā˜ŗļø
