Philippine Airlines (PAL) announces the temporary suspension of its flights between Manila and selected Middle East destinations — Doha (DOH) and Dubai (DXB) — until April 30, 2026.⁣

This precautionary measure is being taken considering the security situation affecting parts of the Middle East and the resulting operational uncertainties in certain regional airspace corridors and airport operations.⁣

The safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft remains Philippine Airlines’ highest priority. Given the current environment, PAL has determined that temporarily suspending these services is the most prudent course of action while conditions remain fluid.⁣
⁣
PAL continues to closely monitor developments and coordinate with aviation authorities and relevant stakeholders to determine when normal operations can safely resume.⁣

Passengers with affected bookings may avail themselves of the following options:⁣
• Free rebooking once flights resume⁣
• Conversion of tickets into travel credits for future use⁣
• Full refunds, in accordance with applicable policies⁣
PAL’s customer service teams are actively assisting passengers through our website, contact center, and ticket offices.⁣

We recognize that many travelers on these routes are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who rely on these flights to travel between their workplaces and families. Philippine Airlines remains committed to supporting Filipino travelers during this period while ensuring that all flights operate under the highest safety standards.⁣

*Accuracy: All information provided to clients must be accurate, current, and compliant with company standards.
*Confidentiality: Agents must protect client data and not disclose personal or financial information to unauthorized parties.
*Professional Conduct: Agents must represent the company ethically and avoid misleading claims or guarantees.

4. Commission and Payment
*Commission Basis: Agents earn a commission on confirmed bookings that result directly from their referrals.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly after the client’s travel is completed and the supplier confirms payment.
*Non-Commissionable Sales: Bookings made outside approved channels or without proper documentation are not eligible for commission.

5. Compliance and Legal Obligations
*Licensing: Agents must comply with all applicable travel industry laws and licensing requirements.
*Anti-Fraud: Any fraudulent or deceptive activity will result in immediate termination of the referral agreement.
*Tax Responsibility: Agents are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes on earned commissions.

6. Marketing and Branding
*Use of Company Name: Agents may use the company name and materials only with prior written permission.
*Advertising: All promotional materials must be approved by the company before publication.

7. Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate the referral agreement at any time for breach of policy, misconduct, or inactivity. Agents may also terminate their participation with written notice.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
