Well, the wonderful Hilltops Off The Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail might be over, but the Tea Rooms and Craft Shop continue to be open for you to browse and enjoy a coffee. There is a wonderful new quilt, and some older fabulous crafts. The art is also still on display. Stop and browse.

This is the last weekend of the Hilltops Off The Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail and hopefully we get a fine weekend after the cold front. Still lots to see and do in Boorowa. The Rotary Markets will be on, so grab the chance to come and grab a coffee, see the Tea Room Art, check out the crafts and wander the markets.

The Hilltops Off The Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail is coming up. The Tea Rooms and Craft Shop will be open.
Leonie Bell FineArt will have some new paintings and drawings.

There was some confusion last year because people expected an actual art exhibition in the Courthouse and some went away without even going into the craft shop. The art works are integral to the Arts and Crafts Tea Rooms.

Perhaps another year there will be money for a curated combined exhibition in the Court House. So please, come on in, have a coffee, look at all the works on offer.

The Hilltops Markets Trail invites you to explore all three Hilltops towns and their surrounding villages — town by town, weekend by weekend — with creativity and community at the centre.

Each weekend of the Hilltops Off The Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail, a local market pops up in a different Hilltops town. It’s the perfect way to plan your creative track across the region.

Start your day wandering the market — soak up the atmosphere, browse handmade goods and local produce, chat with stallholders — then head out to nearby galleries, exhibitions, open studios and creative spaces as part of the Art Trail.

The markets add a relaxed, social rhythm to your trail experience. They give you time to slow down, discover local stories, meet the people behind the work, and really enjoy the character of each town and its neighbouring villages — over three weekends.

Get out and about in the Hilltops. Take your time and get off the beaten track with us.

There are over 60 attractions and activities in Boorowa, Harden, Young and stops in between, and of course, the Tea Rooms at the Courthouse is one of them. We are about to welcome in a new year. Thanks to all the hard working volunteers who keep our Boorowa Arts and Crafts and tea rooms going. The quality and variety of the crafts continues to amaze me.

If you ever feel like joining this amazing group, just drop in and say you would like to join and have some time. You will be made most welcome.

I had hoped to find Groot for a hello wave for the new year but he is unsurprisingly sold. I hope a twin appears soon. So cute. But in the meantime, there is amazing knitwear, beautiful plush toys, some beautiful wooden bowls, and more. Come and browse.

Dont forget to drop into the tea rooms and craft shop for those last minute gifts. You will find beautiful crafts in a range of prices. I have to drop in to see if Groot is still there to take a photo! Also there are still last minute Christmas cakes and puddings and usually farm fresh eggs, on sale.

Christmas! Stocking fillers, last-minute gifts, all the little jewellery items you would not have thought of. Come in and browse and have a welcome cup of tea.

There are still some of Walsh's jams to be had before they disappear. Plus a whole new range. Dont forget the Christmas cakes and puddings. There are usually some free range eggs you can buy, as well.
