Is there anything better than the finished product after a solid session?

I was chatting with Jason recently about his use of the sinker planes to get himself out of trouble targeting hard reef areas holding dhuies.

Gangs in twins or as triples, either way they are definitely not discriminating on the Moreton snapper recently. 💪🏼

These hooks are the replacement for the older style black ones which were great but when something better is available with uniformed precision like these beautiful hooks it’s hard not to upgrade.

Not that there was anything wrong with the strength of the blacks, there’s was a few fractional discrepancies on the bards that were causing a couple of swivels to bounce if the barbs lined up 180degrees with the indented join on the swivel eye on the barrel.

Without dropping the strength of the swivels to find a snug which would have been easier I chose to keep the #3 stainless 103kg ones I’ve used for years and shop around for better options that would be suited to my opening and hanging tools.

Anyways gangs are going strong and I’ll happily put them up against anything on the market right now 🤙🏼💪🏼☝️

As much as we care about the fish you’ve caught and love to see you guys enjoying the products.
There’s an element that continues to drive the products and that the next fish on your agendas-
That absolute horse you’ve let months turn into years chasing, that one fish that demands every ounce of respect your capable of giving it and of course gear that’s up to the task when lines peeling off and your drag is about to start sizzling.

That’s where we are at right now with the Spring ‘26 range of drone rigs. These are a new reworked version of the standard rigs aimed at fishing chunky baits that keep the hook placement and exposure where you need it for higher hook up ratios.

The weakest part of the rig is the backbone at 176lb not including our hooks that definitely don’t need any introduction by now. 😉

This is a post from 2020.

It’s taken 6 years for guys to catch on to the flagship products I started this business with and I’m loving seeing some of the awesome builds using the beastbrushes materials and advice.

Just a heads up everyone.

On Monday evening the sinker collection will be offline for a few hours for some scheduled maintenance to give you guys a better shopping experience when we redirect private messages through the website or build tailored invoices for bulk discounts.

What we aimed to do was have a full range of sinkers available to purchase at the same time as drone rigs without being bound to minimum order quantities, wait times or extra postage costs or travel time by shopping elsewhere.

It’s fair to say we’ve achieved that so now that our production has been increased in-house we need to tidy it up a bit and make sure our online stock is bang on before we can commit to collections for bulk orders or putting aside sinkers that are in transit for preorders etc etc.

I know this won’t be a problem with anyone but just in case anyone is wondering where they are on Monday night.

It goes without saying- thanks so much to everyone who’s helped keep us on our toes this season.
