Whilst in Thailand I took my girls along to a Thai cooking class, Ning was amazing.

We went around the local market to pick all the fresh produce before heading to her home to prepare 4 delicious dishes from scratch. Even the pastes were made by us.

It was a wonderful experience for me and the girls. Cooking the food we love together in an authentic environment.

Can’t wait to make them all again now we are home.
