The iconic Park Hyatt Tokyo has reopened after 19 months of renovation. We recently experienced their Holiday season menu at the New York grill restaurant.
Incredible value including a glass of Ruinart Champagne, this is a perfect way to celebrate the Holiday Season for visitors in Tokyo where restaurants are overwhelmingly busy. Located on the 52nd floor, on a clear day you can also tick off beautiful views to the west of Mt Fuji.

Dosojin Matsuri of Mikage Shinden, this festival dates back to the Edo period over 300 years ago. Floats are covered in Lanterns infused with the hopes and prayers for children’s birthdays and healthy upbringings.
Inside each float is primary aged kids - girls versus boys.
A great way to experience a post ski holiday in Japan, add on a local festival.
