Here's some exciting news from Qantas.

Taking off soon from Western Sydney International Airport.
Today, we’re excited to announce new Qantas services from Western Sydney International Airport, with flights to Melbourne and Brisbane commencing from 28 March 2027. Operating four times per week, these services are now on sale and are in addition to existing flights from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD), giving your customers more choice and flexibility across the Sydney basin.
Special launch fares are now available, with one-way fares starting from $99^ in Economy, or $299 in Business. Terms and conditions apply

Project Sunrise completes maiden test flight.
Qantas’ first Airbus A350-1000ULR recently completed its maiden test flight over France and the French Atlantic ocean, marking a significant step toward non-stop services between Australia’s east coast and London and New York. This marks the start of a two-month testing campaign for the aircraft, with a second Project Sunrise aircraft currently being painted in Qantas livery and having its four-class interior fitted.

Direct flights from Sydney to Las Vegas now on sale. From December 2026, Qantas will operate the first non-stop service between Sydney and Las Vegas. The seasonal route will run through to March 2027*, saving your customers up to five hours by removing the need for U.S. connections. Las Vegas becomes the 101st destination on Qantas’ network, supporting travel to major global events and entertainment.
