Skin tags can pop up just about anywhere and can be such precarious little annoyances!

This little barnacle had been sitting on my patient’s left cheek for quite some time and was really starting to get on his nerves.

A quick, pain free electrocautery treatment and off it came. Safe to say, he was very happy to finally see the back of it!
