The countdown is on! In just 24 days, my family and I are flying out of Australia to start our big American adventure. We're spending a few days exploring Houston before we get on the Carnival Jubilee, the newest and largest Carnival ship sailing from Texas.

I can't wait to see the look on my son Ethan's face when he sees the on-board roller coaster for the first time! As a family, we love a good adventure, and I know this ship is going to deliver on every level.
