VBeads Lampworking is a type of glasswork that uses a gas fueled torch to melt rods and tubes of clear and colored glass into beads. WELCOME.

I am a glass bead maker (lamp worker) fortunate to live in Queensland, Australia. This means that I spend hours with a torch and hot glass creating small but unique pieces of glass art, usually in temperatures in excess of 30 degrees Celcius. There are boundless different techniques and colour combinations, which combined with technical skills and the qualities of glass mean that this craft can ta

ke you on a lifetime journey. Having started it later in my artistic life, the experience from all my previous creative pursuits feed nicely into this one obsession.
