Wynnum Manly Tourism & Visitor Information Centre supports the local and wider community through promotion of local business to residents and visitors to the area. with the village centre and marina being the focal point for local commerce. The Visitor Information Centre is located on the William Gunn Jetty in Manly, Queensland. The centre is a short walk from the Manly Harbour Village, a place wh

ere old world character and charm sits comfortably beside present day chic, right on the edge of picturesque Moreton Bay. The local community commenced operating the centre in 1999 to supply visitor information to the many visitors to Manly Harbour Village. It is now an accredited Information Centre with Tourism Queensland and proudly displays the yellow ‘italicized’ i sign. Services offered include: Tour and accommodation bookings; advice on "Things to see and do"; maps, guides and brochures; train and bus timetables; and quality gifts and souvenirs. The Visitor Information Centre is CLOSED on Good Friday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

Do you know where the Cat o Nine Tails boat departs from? A question we are frequently asked at the Wynnum Manly Tourism & Information Centre.
The Cat o Nine Tails boat departs from the pontoon directly behind the to St Helena Island. The tour guides share the harsh prison settlement stories with some role play and humour. A great way to learn about Moreton Bays history!

Local Author Kerrie Uren is launching her new book 'Stay Close' at the Moreton Bay Discovery Centre & Museum on Saturday 5th April at 2pm.
It's a lovely story about Dugong's and beautifully illustrated by Leanne Argent.

📣 Manly Harbour Christmas Lights Launch Event UPDATE 📣

We regret to inform you that due to the ongoing forecast of rain, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Manly Harbour Christmas Lights Launch Event. This includes the movies in the park scheduled to screen tonight.

The safety and comfort of our attendees, volunteers, and vendors are our top priority, and with the unpredictable weather, we feel this is the best course of action.

We are as disappointed as you are and truly appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday 14 December under sunnier skies as we plan to bring our community together once again.

You can find us on William Gunn Jetty at the end of Wyvernleigh Close. Grab a coffee or lunch at Tide on the Jetty next door and head into the Museum to enjoy a beautiful wildlife photography exhibition.

Take a boat cruise around Manly boat harbour to view the Christmas lights in the Marina and the surrounding precinct. The boat will depart from William Gunn Jetty at the end of Wyvernleigh Close and cruise out near Green Island for the best view of the sparkling lights!
Adult tickets include a $15 voucher which can be redeemed at participating outlets in Manly Harbour Village. Vouchers valid until end of February 2025.
Note: One free child (12 and under) per adult ticket purchased.
