With the Brisbane River still closed to City Cats and many other river craft we are loving the stillness of the river which allows for some beautiful reflections. But, we are missing our much loved City Cats to get us around the City!!

Monday this week was a big day for us. We welcomed our first truly international guests back on a City Essentials tour. It was almost 2 years to the day that our last international guest was here. We will always remember Ryan, Timothy, Matt and Joshua as the ‘drought breakers’

In that short week so much has happened as friends, neighbours and strangers all pitched in to help out those that had been affected. . Brisbane has had enormous rainfall over the last few days and parts of our beautiful City is now flooding. We feel for everyone who has suffered this weekend, and wanted to share some joy. While we were out this evening we saw this amazing rainbow over Kangaroo Point. There is gold out there 🌈🌈

We were on Kookaburra River Cruise on Brisbane River tonight and were treated to a beautiful fireworks display just near the Sometimes you just get lucky!
