And today, the rain came down hard enough that we rescheduled every single session.

Because for us, the customer experience always comes first.

If the weather is like today, guests can reschedule and use their booking anytime within 2 years.

If there is a cyclone warning or heavy rain that meets our weather policy, we’re happy to reschedule your experience. Your booking credit can be used anytime within 2 years.
