Big news for *337 Logan*! Our recently approved multi-residential project will rise 15 storeys, delivering 146 thoughtfully designed units while celebrating the heritage fabric of Logan Road.

At the street level, the preserved heritage-listed façade anchors the project, with the tower above drawing inspiration from the gridlike rhythm of historic architecture. But this is more than just a building—it’s part of a broader vision. A cross-block link stitches together the urban fabric, creating a seamless connection between the creekside and the vibrant Stones Corner High Street.

As the form extends through the site, it transitions into a more contemporary language, binding with the adjacent tower through a central green core—a shared space for residents that fosters community and connection.

A project deeply rooted in place, history, and forward-thinking design. We can’t wait to see this one take shape!

Atria – A Home Like No Other ✨🏡

Since 2019, Atria has evolved through a series of layers, starting from a design competition to becoming a truly one-of-a-kind multi-generational home. A project like this will never be repeated—crafted with care, intention, and the unique vision of its occupants.

What a privilege it has been to bring this dream home to life. As we approach completion later this year, we can’t wait to see it fully realized. But some things are meant to remain a mystery—the interiors will be a private sanctuary, held only by those who call it home.

Our proposal for 6 dwellings on Balmoral Hill, with 360 degree views including Brisbane City, Hamilton Reach, Moreton Bay and Mounts Coot-tha, Nebo and Glorious, received approval through mediation this week with Brisbane City Council. It is a massive milestone for our team, to achieve an approval that was otherwise considered to be the unthinkable. Thanks to everyone for their professional inputs!

The result of our undertaking is 5 terraces of varying sizes with a ‘beach’ ethos tying them together in the development. White rendered walls, breezeblocks, timber cladding with a tropical planting palette assists in being able to create a refreshing beachside place.
