A place has just opened on our Cambodia Active Adventure, led by AW’s Marie in the country she grew up in🧡
What last year’s adventurers had to say:
“I loved the great group of women and the variety of activities. We hiked, cooked, kayaked, met elephants, laughed, swam and ate. Marie’s knowledge of her homeland made this a memorable experience.” - Michelle
You’ll explore the impressive temples, of course. However, it’s often the days either side that visitors remember most fondly.
Phnom Kulen means Lychee Mountain, and we’ll be hiking it through rainforest to a swimmable waterfall, arriving on a weekend, when Cambodian families are spread around the pools with picnics.
Mondulkiri is one corner of Cambodia where you might need a jumper. We spend a day in the forest with the retired elephants of the Elephant Valley Project. Most worked in logging or carried tourists before this. We’ll be respecting their freedom and simply observing them in the forest.
On the Mekong at Kratie we’ll take to the water, kayaking through flooded forest looking for the shy but curious Irrawaddy dolphins.
Just one place left for our guaranteed departure in January 👇 https://na2.hubs.ly/H08x-gM0
