My World Travel Concierge is an independent travel agent with a difference. Founded in Brisbane by a husband and wife team with lifelong experience and a passion for travel, we focus on not just booking travel, but creating memories. After many years in the industry, over time, we noticed a trend away from travel agency booked travel towards ‘do-it-yourself’ travel. The internet and rise of mobile

technology have opened up so many more possibilities, making both research and online booking far more accessible to travellers, enabling them to tailor their trips and potentially save money. With so much choice and so many different ways to book available nowadays, the process of researching, booking and refining a holiday can become quite overwhelming and deceptively time-consuming. We started by investing our time, knowledge and experience to make holiday bookings for friends and family. We then saw a gap in the market for an alternative to using travel agents who are predominately driven by commission or trying to navigate booking your own travel. With that, we created My World Travel Concierge, a service lead alternative to give our clients access to our industry experience, first hand travel expertise and a passion for travel. Our philosophy is simple - 'We put in as much time, effort and attention to detail into booking your holiday as we do our own.'
