Heads up 👉 HEAVY FALLS DEVELOPING ABOUT THE SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS, SOUTHERN HUNTER, AND BLUE MOUNTAINS TONIGHT.

For parts of the SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS, BLUE MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHERN HUNTER:
- Moderate rainfall during today is expected to increase overnight, with areas of heavy rainfall leading to flash flooding possible from early Friday morning until Friday evening.
- Six-hourly rainfall totals of 60 to 90 mm are possible with 24-hourly totals between 80 and 130 mm.

Tallong 53mm, Macquarie Pass 30mm, Robertson 28mm, Darkes Forest 20mm and Mittagong 20mm of rain since 9am this morning.

FURTHER MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE FROM CENTRAL COAST TO SOUTH COAST NSW.
Minor flooding is possible in parts of the Central and South Coast from Friday with the movement of the trough. Catchments in the Flood Watch area are relatively wet. Localised river level rises, and flash flooding are possible within the areas of heaviest rainfall.

Catchments likely to be affected include:
Shoalhaven River minor flooding
St Georges Basin minor flooding
