Then, after a childhood of relocating to new towns and many more years of travelling the globe, Cookie went on to gain a bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Managem

ent. Afterwhich landing a position with Flight Centre, where he helped people create their dream holidays for over 11 years. Sadly his illustrious career at Flight Centre came to a halt when he was made redundant not once but twice in one year! However, not all was lost as this life change spurred Cookie to launch his custom travel business, Cookie’s Tours. These days Cookie lives his best life every day with his wife and two squids in the pinnacle of Australian tourism towns that they now call home; Lennox Head in Northern New South Wales.
