Falooda: originated in Persia and is described as a layered rose-flavored milkshake. It consists of rose syrup, vermicelli noodles, sweet basil seeds (sabja), milk, and ice cream. This sweet, textured treat is commonly enjoyed across India, Pakistan, and the Middle East, particularly during summer. It’s often topped with dried fruit and nuts!
