Karina & Sean have booked all kinds of holidays with me over the years, and for their latest getaway, I had the pleasure of crafting a Western Australia self-drive itinerary through the stunning Southern region.

As an agent, I love that every itinerary is an opportunity to keep learning. Planning this trip allowed me to dive deep into researching parts of WA I hadn't explored before!

A few highlights of their journey included Albany and Esperance featuring a stay at Boxhill, a bespoke, adults-only, off-grid luxury retreat near Esperance.

Exploring national parks along the way was the perfect way for them to slow down and celebrate their wedding anniversary before meeting up with friends to wrap up the holiday.

Celebrating Maryanne’s Big birthday with a family ski holiday to Queenstown, NZ.

I really feel NZ is my speciality, especially Queenstown (one of my fave places for family holidays)

I’ve been lucky enough to book travel for Hannah and Noah for a few years now, including the extra special trip where Noah popped the question! So when they came back to me asking to plan their honeymoon, I was SO excited.

Originally, they were thinking Fiji, but then I stumbled across an unbelievable deal for an all-inclusive overwater bungalow in the Maldives... and well, we just couldn’t say no to that!

They just got back from Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa, and hearing how much they loved it made my whole week. Between private chefs under the stars, complimentary massages, and spotting sharks, manta rays, and turtles right from their jetty walking back to their room, it sounded like pure magic.

Noah (who is a total aviation geek ✈️) even sent through a top-tier tip for anyone flying Singapore Airlines’ A350s in Economy: aim for rows 54 or 61! They are the last rows before the galley/toilets, meaning nobody is behind you, but the seats still recline fully.

Hannah & Noah, thank you both SO much for letting me be a tiny part of your journey from the proposal to the honeymoon. You guys are the absolute best! 💕

And that’s a wrap, I am officially on maternity leave! 🍼✨

With just 2.5 weeks to go until we welcome our second daughter, I wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your amazing support during this time.

For those traveling while I’m away, here is some key information to keep in mind:

🗓️ Maternity Leave Dates I will be on leave from today, returning on 1st February 2027.

📋 Current Bookings (Not Yet Paid in Full or Awaiting Documents) Don't worry, you’ll still hear from me! I will reach out when final payments are due, and your travel documents will still be sent to you 1 month prior to your departure.

✈️ Finalised Trips Departing While I’m Away I am still reachable if you need emergency support! Please follow the steps listed in your travel documents on how to contact me while you are away.

🗓️ New Quotes & Bookings I will not be actively accepting new quotes or bookings during this time.

I won't be completely invisible, though! I’ll still be popping up on social media to share updates on current clients' travels, travel news, inspiration, and let’s be honest probably a little baby spam too. 😉

Friday 17th July- Public Holiday

Hi everyone,
Tomorrow is a public holiday here in Cairns due to our show day. With a 4yr old, it’s mums duty to take her to the show. Therefore I’ll be closed most of the day tomorrow. I’ll be logging on later in the afternoon and working in the evening.

There is something special about your first holiday as a family, and even more special when it’s overseas!

The Campbells are home after successfully conquering Japan with two tiny humans in tow. A two week trip jam packed with all the sights and attractions to keep everyone busy.

They did an amazing job at navigating the train networks and busy streets with their children. Covering Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.

Highlight of the trip was defiantly Disneyland & Universal, where the kids had a ball.

Kyotos special stay in a ryokan with tatami mats as beds had the kids loving sleeping on the floor!!! What fun!!!!

I don’t know about you, but I think seeing the world through your children’s eyes is the best part of travelling with kids.

Japan is my specialty and I am so glad the Campbells reached out to me to help plan their first family holiday. It has been a pleasure.
