𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗫 delivered the public domain civil works for Meriton Suites, enhancing key urban infrastructure around the newly built hotel.

This high-visibility project included reconstruction of pavements, watermain connections and stormwater systems — all designed to support long-term functionality and operational flow.

What stands out? Precision-laid granite feature paving, 14-tonne custom planter boxes, and seamless integration into the surrounding cityscape.

Following the successful delivery of Package 1, 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗫 was engaged for Netball ACT’s Court Remediation – Package 2, upgrading key community courts in Calwell, Charnwood, and Deakin.

This project goes beyond resurfacing — it’s a technical response to worn pavements, drainage issues and surface failure. Our team delivered end-to-end solutions, including demolition, drainage upgrades, new FGGA10 asphalt, and the final Plexipave acrylic finish.

With new goal posts, court furniture and improved playability, these upgraded courts are built for performance, resilience and community connection.

Our team is nearing completion of the stormwater infrastructure and foundational works — with landscape planting set to begin mid-January. This marks a major step toward realising a culturally significant space that respects Country and invites community connection.

The park will open in stages — starting with an interim space in 2025 and expanding into a fully completed landscape by 2028, featuring open green areas, cultural artworks, and two architecturally designed pavilions.

In August 2020, 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗫 delivered the Barracks Creek Bridge — a vital new link in Queanbeyan’s shared path network.

This 3.2m-wide, single-span, 9.1m bridge was engineered with a 22.5T load limit, supporting both Council service vehicles and the Rural Fire Service.

More than just infrastructure, it’s a legacy structure built to serve and protect the community for decades to come.
