It was a pleasure to work with Ultimate Ultimate Performance Academy on a 3 day 52 km ten peaks trek just completed. Fantastic scenery and great camaraderie that wasn't dampened by sub-zero temperatures at night and chilly ice baths. Hiking in our wonderful Kosciuszko National Park clears the lungs and the mind from all that noise in our daily lives.

Kilimanjaro Day 2 took us from Big Tree Camp (2782m) to Shira 2 camp (3900m) covering a distance of 17 km. We climbed out of the montane forest into the heath and moorland. We were rewarded with our first glimpse of the snow covered Mt Kilimanjaro.

Last weekend we and Inspired Adventures completed the 5 Peaks Challenge with 18 parents and friends of https://www.facebook.com/downsyndromevictoria to help raise funds to support families with Down Syndrome kids. It was a hugely successful weekend.
