as the ‘Pochi ma Buoni’ pop-ups during the local Spring & Autumn food and w**e festivals in the cool-climate Orange w**e region of New South Wales, Australia.

Cargo Road W**es is one of the three original vineyards planted in the volcanic soils of Orange in the 1980s, and since then the region has flourished.

So has Cargo Road W**es: the vines have matured beautifully, and vigneron James Sweetapple is a master artisan of w**e-making 🍷

Come and join us for an evening or lunch this October for the Orange W**e Festival for the REUNION of Antica Australis ➕ Cargo Road W**es.

One of the finest things about living in central Italy - developing a copper collection for our kitchen.

We source direct from a local coppersmith based in the ancient hilltop town of Agnone, in the most remote & wildly beautiful region of Molise. Just over the other side of the Apennine mountains from Ciociaria.

The coppersmiths of Agnone have been famed throughout the Italian peninsula since the Bronze Age, and the sound of Agnone for centuries was the ringing over cobblestones & ancient stone walls of artisans beating copper into form.
