Travel Advisor Michelle and Supplier Relations Manager Dawn recently cruised aboard Viking Neptune from Amsterdam to Bergen. Here’s what Dawn had to say:

“This cruise was a wonderful way to discover the charm of Denmark and the breathtaking beauty of Norway’s coastline. Each destination offered its own unique character, from picturesque towns to spectacular fjords and landscapes.

We had a wonderful time aboard the ship, with plenty of places to relax and take in the ever-changing scenery. We enjoyed all the facilities, especially the gym, spa, and all the delicious and different food options available - it was hard to choose where to eat!”

Michelle added “I loved having this opportunity to experience the world of Viking firsthand - from beginning to end, everything was incredibly seamless. As Dawn mentioned, the food was outstanding and I definitely ate far too much because everything was just so good!

My cabin was spacious, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean - as was the ship. The shore excursions were well organised and ran smoothly, making it easy to relax and simply enjoy each destination.”

Our team recently swapped keyboards for paddles for our Mid-Year Celebration & Pickleball Tournament!

With 14 teams competing from across the business, we had a great mix of experienced players and first-timers. Many teams arrived in matching outfits and while initially there was a little confusion about the rules, everyone quickly got the hang of the game. What started as a friendly competition with plenty of laughs turned into some impressive and intense rallies as the teams fought it out for the honour of becoming our inaugural Pickleball Champs!

Congratulations to our winners, Pickle Patrol: Leisure Travel Advisor David and Sam, Operations Manager - Fares & Ticketing.

A special shoutout also goes to the winners of our Team Spirit Award, Neon Dinkers, who brought plenty of energy and enthusiasm in their 80s retro tracksuits: Dawn, Supplier Relations Manager; Kat, Fares & Ticketing Manager; and Lisa, Operations Coordinator & Senior Travel Advisor for Joel Found.

After the tournament ended and our champions were crowned, the team enjoyed a well-earned BBQ dinner before our Joint Managing Directors Mark and Danny reflected on the highlights and achievements of the past financial year.
