Things are moving again at The Outlook.

After a few delays - including the weather - work has now recommenced on roadworks and drainage along Adrian Street, and Stage 3 is continuing to take shape.

Pricing and contract releases are expected within the next 4–5 weeks, with settlements anticipated around late July / early August.

Current expectations are that blocks will range from around $600,000 through to the early $800,000s.

If you’d like to get ahead of the release, registrations of interest are being taken now.
