Well this was a first us - and for the carnivores out there, we can confirm that this alpaca (tartare) was delicious, even if we aren’t so good at photographing it!
Alpacas are also reported to be relatively low impact on the natural environment when farmed.
Still looking for that property to put them on though... 🔎
