Peru - Days 2 & 3, our group journeyed to Machu Picchu.
The beauty of this tour is it caters for everyone. Part of our group completed the One Day Trek to Machu Picchu, and the other travelled by train.
Absolutely spectacular to see one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A special day for everyone.

After 2 days of long flights, and a quick stop in Santiago, Richard’s Peru group hit the ground running. A Group of 10 from Clare and surrounds ready to explore.
Today, the journey started in Cusco.
Today’s highlights:

*Lookout over Cusco, capital of the Inca Empire.
*Travelled through the Sacred Valley.
* Stopped at the G Adventures-supported women's weaving co-op before visiting a local pottery making community.

📌 Have you EVER held a british passport or citizen ship? Yes, even decades ago! There's an important update for UK–Australian dual citizens travelling to the UK.

From 25 February 2026, UK entry rules are changing. If you hold both British and Australian citizenship, you’ll need to take extra care when travelling.

✈️ You can no longer enter the UK using only your Australian passport, even if you’ve done this in the past.

✅ To travel to the UK after this date, you must either:
• Travel on a valid British passport, or
• Have a Certificate of Entitlement in your Australian passport proving your right to live in the UK.

❗ Airlines will refuse boarding if the correct documents aren’t shown, so it’s important to check this well before travel.

💡 If you don’t currently have a British passport, or it has expired, allow plenty of time to apply before your trip.

If you’re unsure how this may affect your upcoming travel plans, it’s a good idea to check official UK government advice or contact the UK High Commission for guidance.
