One of my favourite wedding touches is when the mums step up as the official witnesses. After all, they’ve been there to witness every milestone, every triumph, every questionable decision, and every chapter that led to this moment. So it feels only right that they get a front-row seat and sign off on the beginning of the next one ✨

Turns out “I can’t stand you” was just a very unconventional start to a love story. 🤭

Somewhere between boarding school arguments, slow realisations, house renovations, a small business and a mob of sheep, Alex and Jacinta discovered they actually make a pretty great team. And THEN they managed to put together the mother of all wedding long weekends on the family farm!

Everything about their wedding day represented Alex and Jacinta, their close knit family and the future they’re building together around Boulkra Station. Jacinta’s dress was a stunningly rehashed family heirloom. The ceremony location in a ‘uniquely’ sentimental place, to Alex particularly. The bride’s mega arrival, the custom fire pit, the damn fine steaks (thanks to Haylee Prince ) an epic sunset, free flowing drinks and the dance floor that followed.

Aren’t we all glad that first impressions don’t get the final say! ✨

Cotton fields, dusty roads, black tie, wedding merch and a Yeti Tundra.

If that sounds like a random collection of words, you clearly haven’t met Naya and Jason.

These two pulled off one of the most unique wedding days I’ve ever had the pleasure of being part of — exchanging vows on the banks of the Barwon River before kicking on at their home paddock, complete with Jason’s pride and joy: a lawn so green it deserved its own mention 🌱

I spend a lot of time fan-girling over my fellow wedding vendors and their ridiculous talent. This was the first time I found myself fan-girling over a bride. Naya is an incredible photographer, creative powerhouse and DIY queen, and every inch of this wedding wore her fingerprints. Right down to the wedding merch guests (and vendors) proudly took home and will undoubtedly be wearing for years to come.

And because a standard guest book simply wouldn’t do, they opted for everyone signing a Yeti Tundra instead. Genius! 😆

This is just more proof that when you stop worrying about ticking every traditional box and lean into who you are, magic happens. 🤍

This one will forever be in my highlights reel! ✨

Christine and Matt’s wedding brought together family and friends from across the country, creating the kind of atmosphere that only happens when a couple pours their heart into every detail.

Some guests were coming home, others were experiencing Cobar for the first time, but by the end of the night everyone was well and truely in the fold.

In earlier days, when Chrissy and Matt were busy working out their forever, they lived on the same avenue, just two houses apart. Lo and behold, on either side of me! I was living right in the middle of them. Literally. 😆

So standing there as their celebrant on their red dirt block outside Cobar felt a little like watching a hometown love story come full circle.

This was a day built on love, community, and a whole lot of appreciation for remarkable life Chrissy and Matt have built, and of course the wonders to come. What a huge honour it is to have been a part of it all ✨

Most weddings are beautiful.

Almost all weddings are joyful.

And then there are weddings like Brad & Nicole’s — where EVERY moment feels 10/10 exactly as it was intended.

The marriage of Brad and Nicole was the continuation of a story that, in many ways, started long before either of them realised it would matter. They met in kindergarten, and 22 years later THIS happened!

From the moment they arrived in Mudgee to golden hour wandering hand-in-hand through the grounds of , these two soaked up every second of their wedding experience.

Their vows were the perfect ‘cherry on top’ for the ceremony— heartfelt, thoughtful, and uniquely them.

And while a handful of guests took a detour to another wedding before arriving at the right venue 🤭, everything else unfolded to perfection.

Brad and Nicole are two of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. Proof of that saying ‘like attracts like’ or my fav - ‘the people you attract are often a reflection of who you are ‘✨

On the banks of the Murray at Perricoota Station, celebrating the third Fensom sibling to say their vows with me — Mia and Jack sealed their last 10 years together and set their future as husband and wife.

Black tie elegance, the sweetest little crew of pink flower girls, and a page boy fully embracing the moment — including a slight detour off-road with Pop behind the wheel of the mini Range Rover. Never a dull moment 😆

I was lucky enough to stay on for all the behind-the-scenes moments right through to the formalities, and witness the most beautiful father-daughter dance that had everyone smiling.

And then… the celebrations really began. Safe to say the party was epic! 🥂 Now I’ll just have to see if the Fensom cousins come knocking in a few years ✨

“Hey Jen, just checking you are alive? Because your socials have been all but dead” - from my equally wonderful and honest vendor mate 😆

Yes, I have been quiet but I won’t apologise. Honestly, posting to socials does sit a little way down my priority list- my family, our businesses, my current clients, sleep… you get it.

But it doesn’t mean I don’t care and won’t share those incredible stories with you. I have 5 stunning and unique weddings coming your way over the next few days.

The back-end of Autumn 2026 was nothing short of unforgettable ✨
