NSW: Resch’s Pilsener

Also available in a draught on tap at select venues and there was a limited release run of the DA’s (Dinner Ale)

Known by the old school NSW beer drinkers as ‘the original nsw beer’ aka “the beer we drink round here”.

The Pilseners also referred to as “Silver Bullets”, a very respectable and refreshing beer, supported by the advertising claims “Resch’s refreshes”

Notes: Best consumed when the feelings right, sometimes on a hot summers afternoon after mowing the lawn, long day on the work emails, training for an Ironman triathlon or simply throwing a few Tomahawk Steaks on the BBQ.

Wet, cold, tastes like beer, 10/10 🫱🏻‍🫲🏿

NSW: Toohey’s Old

Long known fact that a dark beer a day will keep the doctor away.

Toohey’s old, for the more refined, respectable drinking male or female.

If your Dad doesn’t enjoy a Tooheys Old… chances are, you have two mums 😆

Notes: Best consumed with a side of “Old Gold” dark chocolate or a piece of chocolate mud cake, or if you’re really looking to do a number of yourself… settle in and buckle up, they pack a punch!

Hits of burnt butter yogurt, roasted coffee with a delicate sprinkle of caramel with a little baby angel wearing chocolate covered high heels, that dance on your taste buds with every sip.

Wet, cold, tastes like beer, 10/10 🫱🏻‍🫲🏿

📍 Timelapse | Van set up 🎥

You’d think having 12 months off to travel Australia you would have plenty of spare time to do all sorts of cool videos and stuff…. Turns out that’s not the case 😆

I’ve finally gotten around to doing a time lapse of setting up our van. After a bit over a year, we have it down pat fairly well 👌

Fair to say, after travelling across some of the more rugged and remote country this beautiful country has to offer, we can genuinely give our van the tick of approval ✅

From the beachfront camps at Rapid Bay, Wauraltee Beach SA, to the Pilbara, Dampier Peninsular, the Kimberley, the Gibb River Road, Mereenie Loop, the Gulf Country and up to Cape York, we are pretty bloody impressed 👌

Credit where it’s due, tip of the hat 🤠 cheers to our called “Malcolm” for the great memories and trouble free trip.

Commonly referred to as “the brew for you, to pull you on through”.

Consumed by sooky NSW NRL supporters watching a typical QLD white wash of the state of origin.

Or the Johns brothers on a Mad Monday…..

Notes: Best consumed at a bbq when you’ve run out of your own beers, everyone else’s beers, ya wife’s west coast coolers… and they are the only beer left.
