🐋 Imagine floating in the deep blue of the open ocean when the shape of a humpback whale slowly appears beneath you. It rolls, flashes its white belly and glides closer to investigate the strange humans bobbing at the surface.

✨That’s the magic of Jetty Dive Swim with the Humpback Whales Tour.

🛥️ You don’t chase the whales or swim towards them. The boat moves at least 100 metres away before swimmers enter the water, and then you wait. If an encounter happens, it’s because the whales have chosen to come to you.

✅ It’s an approach that puts their wellbeing first. Jetty Dive operates NSW’s only ECO-accredited whale swim tour and is Advanced ECO Certified, following strict guidelines around distances, vessel speeds, boat numbers, interaction times and participant behaviour.

🐳 When a curious humpback does decide to approach, the experience can be extraordinary. Seeing an animal the size of a bus glide silently past, hearing the sound of its breath and perhaps even looking directly into its eye is something that’s hard to put into words.

ℹ️ Read the full story at https://f.mtr.cool/e8bti824k8 and discover what it’s really like to swim with humpback whales on the Coffs Coast.

🌡️The forecast says hot. The solution is easy.

❄️ When temperatures start climbing across the Coffs Coast, there's no shortage of ways to cool down.

🍧🍨🍦 An açaí bowl from Daze at the Jetty, a scoop (or two) from Arbella at the Marina, or handcrafted gelato from Gelato on First in Sawtell all make a strong case for taking a break from the heat.

🩷 The hardest part? Deciding which one to try first.

🥰Thankfully, the Coffs Coast comes with plenty of excuses to treat yourself.
