Held in the beautiful gardens of the Condong General Store, each gathering features lunch, games, conversation and plenty of laughter. Whether you're looking to meet new people, share experiences or simply enjoy a friendly afternoon out, Minglez offers a warm and supportive environment where everyone is welcome. To our wonderful stallholders and customers,
We’re very sorry to share that this Saturday’s Condong Artisan Market has had to be cancelled.

The Tweed Shire Council is continuing its “compliance” campaign on local markets.

Jasen stands by his consideration of the community as well as the existing business onsite. He is in the process of identifying with council where the existing business approval is and when (suggested) council approval is required. The existing business is approved as:
1 Post Office
2 General Store
3 Cafe
4 Visitor centre
On the property (in its entirety).

Our reading of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 is that the Condong Artisan Market is exempt from having to make a Development Application.

Once again, we sincerely apologise to all of our stallholders for the time, preparation and dedication you put into your handmade and homegrown products each month. We also apologise to our staff who look forward to working these Saturdays, to the many customers who have come to enjoy the market, and to the wider community who have appreciated a market that focuses exclusively on locally made and locally grown goods from our region. Your support means a great deal to us and we are hopeful that this much-loved community event can return soon.
