So I’ve been out of work with in injury, I keep falling down but I’ve just eaten bread and still look like this. I’ve lost over 18kgs credits to myself, , here’s to being 44 and looking like a t***k again! I’m pretty sure I’m a weight loss expert now, I’m a retired coach but I might have to coach again somehow, maybe at home? To pay for more art supplies! 🧑‍🎨🎨 I don’t do bodybuilding!
