We have some exciting news to share! Billabong Jerky is expanding, and next year you’ll be able to find us in even more retailers across Australia (we can’t say who just yet… but stay tuned 😉).

As we grow our retail presence, we’ll be saying goodbye to direct online sales. This means you have just 1 week left to order your favourite jerky through our website.

The word jerky comes from the Quechua word ch’arki, meaning “dried, salted meat.” Indigenous peoples of South America first developed this preservation method to store meat for long journeys and harsh climates.
