ARTC and Inland Rail are delivering important works at Olympic Highway Bethungra and Brabins Road Illabo this weekend. Local businesses are OPEN.

Olympic Highway level crossing at Bethungra will be closed from 𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟏 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝟕:𝟎𝟎𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟒 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 while ARTC completes safety upgrades.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 from Crowther St Illabo to Bethungra.
All other light vehicles detour via Ironbong Road, Junee Reefs Road and Crowther Street.

Brabins Road level crossing at Illabo will be closed from 𝟔𝐩𝐦 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟏 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝟔𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟒 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 for Inland Rail works. Deour via Eurongilla, Allawah and Bethungra roads.

🌼 WATTLE TIME FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS POSTPONED 🌼

It is with great disappointment that we announce the postponement of the Wattle Time Festival of Lights.

The forecasted rain on Satruday presents significant risks for our performers, suppliers, electrical equipment, attractions, volunteers and visitors. While this is not the outcome we had hoped for, the safety of everyone involved must come first.

The good news is that the festival is postponed, not cancelled! We are working to confirm a new date and will share further details as soon as possible.
