On Labour Day, we had the incredible opportunity to step aboard True North while it was docked in Fremantle, capturing the stunning _ adorned in exquisite Allure Pearls.

Set against True North’s latest fit-out and bespoke interiors, Ella was captivating in every frame—highlighting both the beauty of the jewellery and the luxury of this iconic vessel. Im very excited to be heading to the Kimberley with True North in a few weeks to capture more of this incredible vessel and its crew.

I had an absolute blast photographing my good friend Sophie and her gorgeous partner James' wedding! Their celebration was spread over two weekends, giving us the perfect opportunity to capture stunning moments in the best light.

I'm officially back shooting weddings after a two-year creative project—and loving every second of it! If you're looking for a country/outback wedding photographer who specializes in capturing love stories in rugged rural landscapes, remote properties, and breathtaking outback settings, I'm your girl.

K'gari Island (Fraser Island) is a part of our Australian trip I’ve been very excited about. We teamed up with some mates, John and Jodie who we met at the Boulia Camel Races, loaded up the car, and left the van behind for a REAL camping trip. We camped near Orchid Beach for two nights and then spent one night in the forest. K'gari was like nothing I’ve ever experienced—old growth forests, white sandy beaches, awesome 4WD tracks, and plenty of freshwater lakes and rivers.

Over the long weekend, we experienced all four seasons in one day! We saw so much wildlife: shovelnose sharks, humpback whales, snakes, dingoes, spiders, crabs, and we caught plenty of fish. We all had an absolute ball. I only wish we had more time to spend there!

The girls were extremely inquisitive and gave everything a go. They even survived plenty of hungry dingoes and a spider on the outside of their tent. I was super proud of them!

Last night, Jake and I had the incredible opportunity to photograph a truly unique piece of Australian history—Fred Brophy’s boxing troupe at Birdsville. We’ve been so excited to capture this event, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was electric, and every moment felt like we were witnessing something rare and iconic.

Fred Brophy’s boxing troupe is the last of its kind, defying the tide of modernity and rules that have changed the landscape of live entertainment. It’s raw, it’s unfiltered, and it’s a direct link to a time when traveling troupes roamed Australia, bringing their distinct brand of spectacle to remote towns. You can feel the history and tradition in the air, as locals and visitors alike step up to take on the ring, driven by courage, curiosity, or sheer bravado.

It’s bittersweet to think that something so captivating may not be around much longer. The world is changing, and events like this are becoming relics of a bygone era. But for now, it lives on—and I’m so grateful to have been there with my camera to document it. These moments, these people, these stories deserve to be remembered.

Thank you, Birdsville, and thank you, Fred Brophy, for keeping this remarkable slice of Australian culture alive for a little longer.
