Barbeque outside and washer/dryer is in a shared laundry. Small charge for both. Main bedroom doubles as a living room with TV/DVD, a desk area, and A/C split system for heating & cooling. 2nd bedroom doubles as a kitchenette and dining area for 4.

Seal cruise from Cowes pier is definitely recommended.
Apparently this is the time of year that the young seal pups frolic inquisitively towards the boat. We were so lucky to see this.
