You’ll be staying at a bright, spacious, recently refurbished beach house, directly opposite the beach that has room for three families to stay in comfort. In less than one minute you can be sinking your toes into the stunning white sands of Callala Beach.

With a large, fully fenced child and pet friendly garden and full length verandah taking in beautiful sea views you can simply relax and sip a glass of wine and listen to the waves crash. Inside there are two spacious living areas with room for everyone to relax. As night descends sit in the garden and enjoy the best view of the milky way you’ve ever seen!

When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix, listen to some tunes on the bluetooth speaker or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game. Whilst the kids watch TV in the spacious living room downstairs you can relax on the outdoor lounge whilst uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited Wifi.If activities are more to your liking, grab a kayak or stand up paddleboard from the shed and hop down to the water!

Stay comfortable inside in any weather with air conditioning through the entire house and a fireplace in one of two living rooms. Parents and kids can split up and choose from Netflix or DVDs to watch on cosy lounges in either of two living areas, or rile up some friendly competition over a board game.

The master bedroom has a grand ensuite bathroom with a spa bath for the couples, and for solo quiet time you can take a book out to the courtyard chairs or the lush front lawn under the trees near the perfectly manicured gardens and tall hedges for privacy. At mealtimes, cook up a storm on the outdoor BBQ and cooking area complete with a sink or in the woodfired pizza oven, and eat outside in the covered deck in the fresh air with an outdoor fan above the table if it gets too warm. After lunch, the pool has room for everyone to lay out on the deck chairs or splash in the water with a few drinks nearby, or head into town to explore.

Professional Holiday Homes was founded by Award-winning holiday rental owner Craig Reid.

We started our first holiday home, Hayes Beach House in 2009 and built it up to be a multi-award winning property that pays for itself an astonishing 8 times over! We added a second property, Sunbaker Beach House in 2016 and within 12 months had the property reaching the same booking figures as our first property. Our properties are not only Award-winners but are some of Australia’s most profitable and highly performing. You might be surprised to know that they are humble 3-bedroom homes and are probably just like the ones that you have.
