As promised this will give you some idea of what we experienced in our recent trip to the Rockies...and so much more. From downtown Calgary to Painted Warriors @ Waterton Lakes National Park, then on to Glacier National Park in Montana, then our Going to the Sun Road trip before arriving in Kalispell. After a bit of walking we boarded the coach for Cranbrook, Radium Hot Springs, Kootenay National Park then some luxurious comfort @ Banff Springs Hotel.
We had a change of pace with a Pinnacle Hockey experience, optional helicopter ride ( no thanks), optional Banff Gondola ( yes please- not for the faint- hearted), up and at ' em again...this time Depart for the Icefields Glacier on the Ice Explorer Athabasca Experience( my personal favourite), off to Jasper, drop off for a rafters float trip ( wet & wild ðŸĪŠ), stay at Chateau Jasper, arrive Maligne Lake for a breath-taking cruise of bluest water I've ever seen, depart on coach for Moraine Lake and Lake Louise through Athabasca Falls, Saskatchewan Crossing and Peto Lake. Stayed aour last night at Lake Louise Inn gor our final farewell dinner.
My cup is full. !! LOTS more photos to come. 😊
