My Chinese client is selling this chicken farm for $3.3mil. It is ideal for those on 188A visa looking for an investment business for the 888 visa. It is on 74 acres (30 hectares) and the homestead has 5 bedrooms and is well maintained. Only 10 minutes drive to Hahndorf on the outskirts of Adelaide. Turnover is over $500,000/ year without having to buy stock or retail stock. Revenue is from servicing a major poultry hatchery/ breeder and wholesaler by offering a nursery for 6 weeks for the chicken to grow. All chicken feed and slaughtering are done by the wholesaler and the hosting service contract will be transferred to the new farm owner. Can be operated by a couple without employees as everything is fully automated. The couple owner want to retire and return to NZ. This business has never been used for the 188 visa.
