These amazing clients came to us through a referral partner looking for an investment property they could use for visiting family and passive income. Both clients were busy working full-time, and wanted the peace of mind to know they were buying well despite a lack of time to devote to the search. We were happy to step in, and immediately got to work given their tight timeline.

Our clients, a young family of four, were looking to purchase their first home after renting in Narrabeen. They were understandably eager to stay in the area so their son could continue attending the local primary school without disruption.
Their dream was to own a freestanding house, but with a tight budget and limited market supply, it was no simple task. We were thrilled to take on the challenge!
We are so happy to share that we successfully secured a charming three-bedroom cottage on a generous north-facing block just two days after it was listed. Not only did we secure it under budget ✅, but it’s also located on the very street they had been hoping for.

🏘️ JUST PURCHASED IN KILLARNEY HEIGHTS! 🌟

This lovely young family came to us in hopes of transitioning from long-term renting to home ownership. We were absolutely thrilled to help them find their first family home! As both parents were working full-time and balancing life with two young children, we were glad to step in and take all the stress and workload of the search off of them.
Within just a few weeks, we secured a wonderful home for them in Killarney Heights prior to auction. Located within walking distance to excellent schools, cafes, and parks, this property is perfectly suited for a growing family. It was previously owned by the same family for 52 years, and what a beautiful moment for all to see a new family make it their own.

A wide and varied career spanning many industries including real estate, health and fitness, media, fashion, travel and hospitality has provided Rebecca Jane Hall with well-rounded experience in many business arenas. Her extensive background in real estate sales, family project management and client relationship management made her transition to establishing Hallmarq a natural and welcome one.

Rebecca’s customer-focused attitude and excellent work ethic have seen her work for a multitude of top-notch organisations such as Virgin, McGrath, Spotless, Tourism South Australia and a number of leading private schools. Her proven track record in the delivery of solutions to meet clients' objectives and satisfaction in offering support and guidance to clients, friends and family and attributing to their success are what drives Rebecca in her current Buyers Agents role.

Rebecca lists the personal highlight of her career as receiving a written reference from Richard Branson from her tenure at Virgin Atlantic Airlines - an achievement anyone would be proud of!
