I had planned a sky tour on Saturday night. It was to be a beautiful evening for a special couple! A tasty grazing platter from Jacko's Deli was ready to go! But then, about half an hour before the tour, the clouds rolled in and we had to cancel at the last minute! It was certainly disappointing, but these things happen!

This Sunday evening (18th May) appears to be good conditions for a sky tour. No moon and little cloud. With daylight saving over we can begin at 6:30pm and be done by 8:30! If you'd like to schedule your own tour with friends and family this is a good opportunity!

Scene from the recent sky tour at Harrow. Members of the local church community came together to sponsor a special night for the people of Harrow. It was so delightful to spend time with them, exploring His marvelous handiwork through interactive explanations and viewing the moon, planets, and deep sky objects with the telescope!
