A huge congratulations goes out to James Wager.

James is the driving force behind Hard Enduro in Queensland, a Gold class competitor in Australia's national Hard Enduro championship, an accomplished trials rider and a coach!

James reached out to AMCA earlier in the year, expressing his desire to run events, less than 8 months later James is now preparing to run his 5th major event.

Each event runs over two days and has classes that develop & grow the sport.

A shout out to James and the amazing crew of passionate volunteers who make each event possible.

How lucky are we to have this as our backyard and Off Road Riding area for our Glasshouse Mountain Trail Bike Tours🇦🇺✅🌳.

They are the hardened cores of volcanoes whose outer slopes eroded away entirely. 🌋⛰️

The Glass House Mountains formed around 27 million years ago. Magma cooled inside vents, and the surrounding softer rock has since worn away, leaving 13 isolated peaks standing on a plain. ⏳🪨

Cook named them in 1770 because they reminded him of glass furnaces in Yorkshire. They are significant to the Jinibara and Kabi Kabi peoples, and some peaks are closed to climbing. 📜🙏
