We are immensely proud of the man our boy has grown into over the past 27years. Declan was the most cuddliest, loving gentle baby boy and still is to@this very day. To see that love now being shared with Jemma couldn’t make us any more happy. We are so so proud of you and love you so much. You’ll always be my baby boy. Happy 27th Declan Patrick. 🤍

Kitchen update - due to a few delays with tradies, the schedule has changed a bit. Worked out well though as our tiler was able to start earlier than originally planned therefore we’ve got him in now and the other trades will wait until after the floor is finished. This should be Wednesday. First tile laid yesterday 🙌🏼

⚙️ Floor and pantry tiling - completed by Wednesday
💡 Sparky Thursday or Friday
⛏️ Stone install possibly Friday
🔧 Gas fitter/plumber back after stone install
⚒️ Gyprock same timing
🔨 Final cabinetry to be completed.

Today - no work onsite
Tomorrow -
🛠️ finish installation of cabinets
💡 electrical work to be complete = fridge/freezer, oven & microwave installed
🔧 Rangehood installed
💡 down lights to be installed in kitchen, family room, entry and hallway.
🛍️ Go shopping for cabinetery hardware
✨ Make final decision on stone for bench tops.

It’s all falling in to place. 😜🤍

⚒️ Tile splashbacks - Friday
🛠️ Floor tiles - 1 month (due to tiler availability)

There’s been progress in the kitchen demo. All necessary walls and the big bulk head has been removed. Stone floor has been removed and the gyprocker has been and reinstalled the ceiling.

Floor now needs polishing ready for tiling. Electrician needs to come back to install new electrical points. Remaining kitchen cupboards to be removed ready for install of new cabinetry.

PS - don’t worry to much about how we’re coping because we’re not there. See last pic.
