WOMEN IN WATER 🌊✨

Our very first Women in Water retreat is here and it’s all about carving out space for YOU.
Three days living aboard a beautiful sailing yacht in the South West, surrounded by turquoise water, salt air and a crew of likeminded ocean women.

Hosted in collaboration with some of the South West’s finest:

🌊 Introducing… WOMEN IN WATER 🌊
Our brand-new MIM expedition and retreat series designed to build confidence in the water, on the water, and empower ourselves, together.

We’re beyond excited to launch our first expedition this January 14-16, 2026, a three-day sailing and freediving journey through the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay, created by women, for women.

This retreat is all about slowing down, reconnecting, and discovering what we’re capable of when we’re supported, encouraged and surrounded by community. You’ll learn to freedive through a PADI Basic Freediver Course with the incredible Tania Douthwaite from .freediving.yoga and gain confidence on deck learning to sail with local water woman Emma (“Pups”) from

Across the three days, you’ll share ocean time, breathe, learn, laugh and connect with MIM co-founders and , and from who will be onboard to guide, support and grow this space with you.

I recently booked the most incredible New Zealand road trip for my friend Kate and her family. They visited 4 different spots in the South Island and had the most adventurous holiday including hot springs, glacier helicopter ride, white water rafting, off road wilderness buggy tour, jet boat, luge rides, glow worms, snowboarding, skiing, zip lining and bungy jumping!
