There’s the entrance. Then the pool comes into view. Then someone finds the cinema, or the bowling alley, and the group scatters to go and look at everything at once.

The living wing opens along the whole northern side, so eleven of you can be in the same house without being on top of each other. Four stone bathrooms, so there’s no queue after a beach day. Late nights at one end, early mornings at the other.
