Meet Gera: holding space for movement for our upcoming morning 🌿

Gera’s style is Vinyasa at its core: breath-led, flowing, and very present. I love through her classes she guides you through movement in a way that challenges you, but never pulls you away from yourself.

Yoga, for her, started as something physical, but became something much deeper over time. A space to come back inward, quiet the noise, and reconnect mentally and emotionally. That’s the energy she naturally brings into the room. 🩵

Slow enough to breathe. Strong enough to feel. Grounded enough to arrive.
