📣 We still want your feedback, local businesses!

Tourism Network Yarra Valley (TNYV) and Eastern Dandenongs Ranges Association (EDRA) are inviting small businesses across the Yarra Ranges, Nillumbik, the Dandenongs & Cardinia to share how visitors are finding information before and during their trip.

Tourism East is reviewing the way visitor info works across the region, and the reality is: local businesses are already the front line.

You’re answering the real questions every day:
📍 directions
🍽️ where to eat
🚻 toilets, parking + transport
🥾 walks + what’s open
🗓️ events + things to do nearby

This short survey (5–7 mins) asks:

* what visitors are asking for most
* where they’re getting confused
* what info is missing
* what would make it easier for businesses to help
* what businesses can reasonably take on
* what should be led by Tourism East, councils or others

✅ Responses will be summarised so small business voices are represented in the bigger visitor servicing conversation.
🔒 Individual responses are confidential.

If you’ve ever helped a visitor with “where do we go now?” this is for you.
👉 Take the survey today and help shape what visitor information looks like in the Yarra Ranges and surrounds.

Share your survey link in the post + add a simple “Comment DONE when you’ve filled it in.

Thank you.🤩
