Hello, our office has moved to a smaller location, thankfully right behind where we were. We are still in Dutton Arcade, just opposite the hairdresser. With travel proving slight unpredictable at present we are predominantly working from home during business hours, however I am in the office most afternoons for a few hours if you would like to catch up. My poor industry, my wonderful business.
Job Keeper was the saving grace for our industry and was the only way I could ensure the employment of my staff through this period. Job Keeper finished in April 2021. Since then I have been monitoring month by month my expenditure, knowing in the back of my mind my lease expires in August.

Through April, May and June, Claire and I have been very productive with organising peoples holidays, the support the community has given is amazing and it has helped me mentally adjust to this new and ever changing world.
However resigning a lease for 3-5 years is not something I want to commit to in this environment. Therefore, I have made the very hard decision to downscale and move my business to a smaller office and work between there and home for the next 6 months. The wonderful news is the new smaller office is at the back of the existing one in Dutton Arcade.

Claire and I will be working from home during normal office hours and can be contacted by the normal phone number 90712002 or our dedicated mobile number 0483167123 or through our email addresses [email protected] or [email protected]. We are still dedicated to our clients, new and existing.

You will see the front office slowly disappearing and remerging down the arcade as I set up a lovely smaller office right behind where we are now that we can use as a meeting room. We can still catch up and have appointments, share brochures and conversations while still planning your future holidays and travel. We have hundreds of credits and future bookings on file and I am still dealing with refunds and cancellations from the fallout of last year.

The last day in our existing office will be the 2nd of July 2021.

I thank you all for your support, words of wisdom, hugs, flowers, chocolates and coffees you have given with your smiley faces over this last year. It has meant the world to me and my staff and given at times that extra bit of positivity to keep going.
